you have to private message a moderator and request them to delete your account. if they delete it your posts will show up as Anonymous +random numbers

If you want to delete specific posts or threads, report them by using the icon to the lower left of the post that is an exclamation point inside a red triangle. (Though I am not sure how much time you are allowed after the post to do that.)

The moderators are listed at the bottom right of the main psychotherapy forum page.

You need to PM an admin for that. I believe Sabby deals with account deletions. Every so often (possibly every week) an admin will remove accounts that are in the queue. You can typically remove up to 5 posts, if I remember correctly; It's a guideline, however, not a hard and fast rule.
