i have some kind of virus...it says its a virus and spyware virus...does ANYONE know what to do?????

Give a little more information please...like do you have antivirus software? If so, run that...if you have antispy, run that...
Tell me where you found it, what it says, etc...

Yes, who is "it" doing the saying? There are bad pop-ups that just say that but don't know, hoping you'll click on them.
If you think you might actually have something wrong, here's a free program you can download (upper right corner of the screen) that will check it out for you and I can recommend/use myself: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
