Is there a special way to joing social groups? The FAQ section says to click on the name of the group and click "Join." My problem is that whenever I click on "Social Groups" or click the link in the forums to the social groups list, I get a page with this message:

Sorry, whimsicalman, but you don't have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your membership may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. You may need to be logged in before viewing this resource, or the post has been move to an administrative area (unviewable).
2. If you are trying to post, your membership may still be awaiting activation, or you may be in moderation.

How do I get permission or sufficient privileges to access this page? I can see the forums for the different groups, but I can't get to the list of the groups to join any.

I get the same message as above. Can someone help me with the activation of my membership please?
