I know we've discussed, briefly, the issue with spell checker here before. I never dreamed it has something to do with the settings on your own computer, but now I do.
I recently went to my notebook (again) when my cpu on the desktop died. With the desktop computer, I never had a problem with spell check on the blog. The spell check never worked for forum use (it didn't even apply the corrections to the pop up text window, but did give drop down suggestions.) Now, the blog spell check doesn't work, and the forum spell check does. ![]() I want both! ![]() ![]() Any ideas where to look at settings on my computer? I had no clue that it wasn't a site issue, and I know many of you out there have had the same issues. ![]() Give me a clue? ![]()

I don't know if this has anything to with anything, but when I read your post I went looking through my internet options.
When I got to Programs, I notice there is an html editor. When I click on the drop down menu, it just shows notepad. I don't have any other word processing programs. But my thought is....maybe if its directed to use Word or some other program with a spell check, it'll use that for forums and blogs? I don't know though....just a thought and the only thing I could find.

Ok, forget the blog spell checker. It has a glitch. But I would like to find the other for when I get the desktop going again, I can make the checker work.
