I'm trying to download the OpenJournal. I downloaded oj.tar.gzip but cannot open/extract it (XP home edition) and when I try to download the files individually, I get the Forbidden Message ("You don't have permission to access /downloads/oj/latest/ on this server)." Suggestions/help? Please and thank you.

I downloaded WinZip and was able to use it to extract the files from oj.tar.gzip. Thanks anyway.
