I can’t chat at all on my mobile phone. It keeps turning the screen grey telling me: “You must be logged in first to chat”. I am 150% logged into PC.
It does this regardless of whether I’m using 4G or my home broadband. I can chat fine on my laptop. I’m in Australia. Shouldn’t make a difference I’d imagine. I do see a sign along the lines of pop out of chat may help better on mobile but it makes the screen grey within seconds so I can’t click on it. |

Whatever caused it it’s now fixed and working fine
