Hi! The past few days, when I log in, the site gets stuck loading on the “Thank you for logging in” screen. Happens with different browsers and different devices, history and cookies have been cleared.
I can only move the process forward by refreshing the page. |

1. Does it get stuck every time you log in or only occasionally?
2. Does it get stuck with every browser you try, or only a specific web browser? 3. How do you get it "unstuck"?

2. I have tried safari and firefox and chrome - all fail to automatically refresh on ipad, 2013 macbook pro and 2017 macbook pro 3. click on the click here if your browser does not automatically refresh. It just started not auto-refreshing at the end of July. Before that - it would automatically send you back to the site.

I click on the click here if you're not redirected and it will then go to the main index mild annoyance though. |

Every time, Safari, Chrome, Edge. I refresh the page.
Don’t know if it has anything to do with it, but the page it jams on seems to be in the Responsive Blue skin, when I use the PsychCentral skin. |

atisket.... Ahh, that might help us troubleshoot it. Are you saying it only happens on the Responsive Blue skin and NOT the Psych Central skin? Or that it happens on both?

Just another tip on this issue -- it does the same thing when logging into the Sanity Score quiz. I just tried doing that, and it has the same thing happen, where it stalls out on the loading screen and you have to click "Click here if your browser doesn't redirect you" instead of it logging into the homepage automatically. Anyway, hope that helps, too.
