I could have sworn it existed but now I have to use the reply button instead of the empty quick reply box at the end of posts. Has it always been that way and I am just dumb?

I normally use chrome and only just noticed it. It could very well be operator error on my part

Sarah, there is a blue bar under the bottom of the thread. W-a-y over on the far right side of the bar there is a little arrow. Click the arrow and the quick reply box will miraculously reappear. I had the same thing happen to me a couple of weeks ago.
