For less then 5 seconds my text changed to either Hebrew or some other language. It was weird and I'm not sure why it happened. It is ok now and hasn't happened since but I don't know if its anything to worry about.

I didnt see anything, could it of been your computer (or phone) deciding to randomly change languages?
 my computer only changes languages when i get a cat pressing random buttons (same on Zoom, the video function switches off when younger cat jumps on the keybaord, i got no idea what she presses) |

I dont know. My phone acts goofy and freaky sometimes and at times I want to throw the entire phone away.

My phone has done that, & I learned I can correct it by turning off the phone, maybe ten minutes.

You might check your language settings on your device and see if one has been added in. Even if you don't have it as a primary, those foreign QWERTY keyboards could give you grief. I once bought a smartphone in a Spanish speaking country and (among other things) logged into Facebook with it. For three years (long after I had switched phones), Facebook would automatically translate any foreign language posts... into Spanish. Got good at reading it!
Definitely check language settings. Restart your device for sure. If it's intermittent (you mentioned under 5s), my first question would be age of the device and any other glitches you might be having. If they're becoming more than a minor inconvenience, you might look at another device if you can. Otherwise, reboot on the regular. I did electronics for 5 years (particularly phones and tablets). I really enjoyed the job. Fun for me, useful for them.

I had something strange happen today when I logged in on my new phone, "according to our records you are already registered with the username willowtigger" I forget what else it said
