The default theme, blue_responsive, is mobile-friendly.

Ignored members can NOT send PMs to someone when they are that member's ignore list. If you put a member on ignore, they can't send you a PM -- it goes into the trash bin without any notice to the member sending the PM. (Community support team members cannot be ignore in this manner, since this is our only means of communicating privately with members.)

Ignored members CAN post a visitor message to your profile, but you will not see the message. Other members can see the message. You can, however, delete the message from your profile page without viewing it.

Neither of these two functionalities have changed since implemented, as they are built-in features of the software.
