Mysupport forum is very slow on my cell phone. I don't know whether it's my phone or the site. The webpages stop every couple seconds.

Certain misbehaving ads can slow down a person's browser. If you tell me what ad is displaying when you experience this behavior on the site, there's a good chance I can get it disabled...

I notice it a lot more using mobile. I've been using a computer more lately and it's not noticeable.
