How do I get rid of the pre-loaded feeds on the toolbar? (Psych Central News, World of Psychology, etc) and how do I add my own feeds there instead? PC Toolbar feeds I don't just mean deleting the news articles, I mean unsubscribing from those feeds...

As far as I know, they are built into the toolbar. You can choose to remove the feeds component, but you can't alter it. You would have to set up whatever feeds you want in your own RSS feeder (or whatever).

Yes, toolbars are programs/software; to do what you want you'd have to program your own or find one that let you adjust features you wanted to.
