We're using IE6 with AOL as the front page. For some reason we lost our stored passwords. We both had stored passwords. I seem to have straightened mine out but hubby can't get into his email. It keeps telling him that his password is invalid. We've both tried to get him a new password but it flat refuses to work for him. Of course, he doesn't remember what the password was! IE6 and AOL ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rr

I'm at a loss as to what to do. Anyone have any ideas?? IE6 and AOL ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rr

Yup! It hangs up at this step in "reset your password"!

2. On the Password Reset: Image Verification page, in the Screen Name or E-mail: box, type your Screen Name or e-mail address.
3. In the Word In Image: box, type the letters and numbers that are displayed in the image, then click Next.

I've even tried to do a system restore a couple of times and nothing.

Any more ideas?

I might go that way. Trying to fix the problem is just too frustrating, not to mention infuriating. IE6 and AOL ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rr

They don't have live help if you don't have a paid subscription to AOL. IE6 and AOL ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rr

Thanks! IE6 and AOL ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rr
