We're using IE6 with AOL as the front page. For some reason we lost our stored passwords. We both had stored passwords. I seem to have straightened mine out but hubby can't get into his email. It keeps telling him that his password is invalid. We've both tried to get him a new password but it flat refuses to work for him. Of course, he doesn't remember what the password was!
![]() I'm at a loss as to what to do. Anyone have any ideas?? ![]()

Yup! It hangs up at this step in "reset your password"!
2. On the Password Reset: Image Verification page, in the Screen Name or E-mail: box, type your Screen Name or e-mail address. 3. In the Word In Image: box, type the letters and numbers that are displayed in the image, then click Next. I've even tried to do a system restore a couple of times and nothing. Any more ideas?

I might go that way. Trying to fix the problem is just too frustrating, not to mention infuriating.
![]() They don't have live help if you don't have a paid subscription to AOL. ![]() Thanks! ![]()
