I am testing POD, in my machine.
I am not viewing the pod.cgi with the the proper HTML tags in the header and footer.
What should i do?

Make sure the path to these file names is properly set in podvars.pm

I am using OmniHTTPD server on my Windows 98 Machine.
I checked the podvars.pm and modified the path like
/html/directory/
All the files are in html/directory folder only.
Even then, i am not seeing the header and footer.
