Hello,
Just out of curiosity, when you open a forum why does it open in random places? Sometimes on page 1, sometimes in the middle and sometimes at the end. Am I missing something?

Not sure if I am misunderstanding or not but it is probably to do with the red numbers that you see in brackets. The red numbers in brackets tell you how many posts you have not read yet. Clicking on the post with numbers in red brackets will take you to the part of the post you haven't read yet. If you have read the post already (and have no red numbers in brackets) then it will take you to the beginning of the post.

Hope this helps.

I think it would keep things all in order, in the larger picture if you'd read threads in flat mode.

Do you always sign in/log on?
If I do not log on, the thread opens at the top, the original post.
If I log in then the thread opens to the first post I haven't read. So If there have been 3 new posts since I read that thread, indicated by the (3) in the replies column, then it opens to the first of the 3 new posts on that thread.

I hope that helps.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
