All messages are showing as new (bold) in my browser now. I do not think this could be due to my browser, but I am not entirely sure. And when I click on the down arrow on a thread, it seems not to go to the last-read message...

We had to reset message marking to try out a different system. Sorry for the confusion.

How do I reset it so that ALL posts appear as having been read? The function does not appear to be working correctly.

I still find most posts in bold when on here, and I am getting irritated because I cannot tell which ones I have read and which I have not. (OK, I found it! It is under Forum Tools!)

In addition, this very forum now seems to be in a subset of General, called Community Feedback & Technical Support. I could not find it in its usual place this morning. Now everything I type has picked up the characteristics of a link! Arrrgh.

Ok - I did this yesterday.... so let me see if I remember how.

Go to "Quick Links"

Then "Private Message"

And there should be some buttons you can click on (up top) to clear all as read or to delete all of them.... I deleted all of mine and started new.

Hope this HELP.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
