I have not been able to post, now tonight I have just realized the explorer for mac I downloaded and I guess it installed itself, as I am not sure what else to think. I opened the file tonight and to my amazement, the version 5.1.7 internet explorer that I downloaded to upgrade from explorer 4.0 has so far brought me this far and I did not even know it was functional.

I do not know that much about computers other than I am here for the first time on this new browser and do not know how my favorites and all are on here only that they are and the 4.0 still functions.

This is my first attempt to post on this new version.

I am crossing my fingers.

sigh. if I have to go through much more of "fixin" like you're doing, I will once again be disappointed in the technology of the internet. (I mean, I've been on 3 years total now, and thought they should have had everything figured out by then!) Good luck kris.

Thanks for the good luck wishes SkyBdark, I can sure use them. You say 3 years. I first used the internet about a year ago and it is still changing.

When it comes to Computers all together I really get confused testing explorer upgrade... mostly trial and error.

This version still tells me to install on hard disk only I dont think I know how? So I guess if it works like this I will just keep doing it this way. I get in that system folder sometimes and between all the prefrences, extentions, and all that stuff I have no clue what half of the stuff even is or what it even does.

I have many things that say 'read this' and I have decided for some reason the only way for me to really read and understand (or try) is to print it out and read it on paper. Sounds Silly only printed paper material I comprehend better for some reason prob, the ADHD?

Thanks and Have a Good Day or Night.
