I loaded the oj script and got to add new user account, after filling in the details and pressing add I get a 404 error. I changed the oj.cgi line one to fully point to the .cfg and .pl files with still no change. I do have the latest version of oj so not sure what to do next. any help would be welcomed

Post your config file... sounds as if one of your path directories in the config section isn't set correctly.
