How do I delete my account here?
I've looked in all the places that the option seemed likely to be.

Thanks

You need to message a moderator.

Spiked,

I know you are asking to delete your account but I hope you can stay, if possible.

Hiya Spiked,

Should you choose to stay with this site it really is a matter of how much or little you choose to use it. If you want to use it - for example one a month you can. There are no rules on how many times you need to use it at all.

I'm glad you are going to stay...
Awhile back, I did the same thing. And it is true about being as active as you want

At first I was a bit confused by this thread, a poster on on the last page asked that their account be deleted and after a post not saying they were staying but a post saying glad you are staying... ok what did I miss....

so then I went back to the first post and read the whole thread.. I discovered that this is an old thread that a new delete my thread post had been added to at the end, rather than starting a new thread. I also discovered in this thread that like what sometimes happens the original poster either deleted and then re registered with a new account or they changed their name.

my point is the actual original poster is here and someone elses post sandwhiched in here may have gotten overlooked that they want their account deleted.

to answer that new delete my account posting that popped this thread back up to the surface after 8 years from the original posters original request....

unreality... to delete your account you will need to contact a moderator. I will report your post so that a moderator may be able to help you and your posting wont get lost in this old thread dated 2009.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
