I found this podcast very interesting and somewhat healing.
It sounds super scientific (epigenetics) but the podcast is quite human... Interesting on how trauma/resilience can be passed on and how it might not be so much about the event itself but the effects... Rachel Yehuda ? How Trauma and Resilience Cross Generations | On Being |
