Wow, 2047 views on the DBT/CBT thread. Who would have thought that.?I guess since I just stay in this forum, mostly, I have no idea just how many people are here at PC. This is such a good resource for support and learning. What did we do before the internet? I can't imagine going through what I'm going through without online support from forums, online counseling, and reading resources.

Support forums can be so very helpful.
I have participated as admin., moderator or member for many years now.
There's something liberating about participating as a member.

Many kudos to all of the individuals volunteering as "community liasons." moderators, admin. throughout the internet.

Members are important, as well!

I agree. The community support is so important and such a learning experience. I hate that others share this problem but it's nice to know you are not walking alone in this journey.

You're so right! I am holding back acting on my gut of posting the horrible things that happened to my family because of no resources in the days before open dialogue and Internet.
