Had an interesting therapy session today .

You know what?

I don't have to "keep it all together".

I'm responsible for two people.

Me.

My daughter.

That's it, that's all.

That's all I have to keep together.

The rest of it? Not my problem.

I'm setting my intentions for the week.

I made one last mistake tonight but just like the machine in person of interest, at midnight a new day and a new week is starting.

Wish me luck

Thank you. I took copious notes. I made one last mistake tonight but tomorrow is a new day and a new week and I don't want to make that mistake ever again. Of course my therapist would tell me to give myself a break, of course you would get mad sick of having to keep it all together.

You got mad because your T said give yourself a break? We are just human and we make mistakes, we can be our own worst enemy sometimes. Hopefully we learn from our mistakes.

Setting intentions?
Is that like making goals for the week?

I can appreciate not wanting to make mistake.

Some mistakes are created because you do not see them coming. Some mistakes keep occurring because of the belief in a different out come.

I wish you all the best on keeping to your weeks intentions as well as not making a mistakes.

Right now I am working on repetitive mistakes. But it a new day and new week.
Thanks for this!

Oh no, I got mad because of something else. I think I need to take a break from posting as this is the the fourth post where I've been misinterpreted . Thank you so much for your reply.
