I'm writing in this forum because it was my first dx when I started taking med even though it's not an official dx.

I'm so irritated, aggravated, annoyed, I don't even know where to start.

There are some things I can talk about and others I can't.

Let's talk about work.

I started working ft in the beginning of dec.

Accommodations ? Ha! I have to pretend like I'm dumb to take care of myself.

There are no accommodations at my job either. It's why I work nights. Nights are much quieter and since I can't really sleep at night why not work.

I'm so sorry you get no accommodations either. I know it can be very stressful.

My SM knows I have a ld. I haven't told her or my SS about my ptsd. They make fun of kids with psych problems . They're barely out of their teen years themselves.

Did they agree to accommodations before you were hired? If it's bothering you about their reaction to kids and people with psych issues it may be time to start looking for something else. A person can only hold their tongue for so long ya know.

I didn't tell them I need accommodation except to write things down. I'm just working with some insensitive hardened people and have to watch what I say. They look down on sensitivity and diversity, some do.
