Do all people with CPTSD have an issue with death or is it just a problem for those who death was part of the PTSD reason? Does that make sense?

I don't like it but I don't have an overwhelming problem with death. I made peace with it a long time ago. I do think it takes me longer to get over the loss BUT whether that's do to CPTSD or something else I can't tell you.
I do think it hits harder when death is part of your trauma.

I think it's probably part of the trauma. For me it's the fear of the possibility of death of a loved one and having limited ability to prevent it.
