It's been a strange week. Last Wed., I hardly remember anything about the session. Good thing it's taped. But I have been in this fog not wanting to get out of bed for over a week. Sleeping 18-20 hours a day off and on. Didn't got to my mailbox three days in a row. Didn't even want to go out the door. I haven't gotten anything done around the house. Just feel very detached from everything.

I'm sorry. I noticed you hadn't been posting as much as usual. Are you doing better now?

A little bit, it was a strange feeling like I wasn't me or I was just outside my body watching things go on in my head.
Plus I think my ulcer is coming back.

I'm sorry.

It sounds like you were in a major dissociation event (or derealization or depersonalization). It sounds scary.

Do you have techniques you use to try to pull yourself out of them? I pull out of mine automatically, or when someone starts talking to me. At least so far anyway.
