I wish we could help, or there was a magic wand we could wave and make all our friends here feel better. Healing is hard and a struggle, sometimes it looks bleak and you just don't know if you have the energy to fight another day. But we do, but maybe not fight so hard this day, take a little rest, but then gradually start the fight again with feeling better. Healing is not linear, It's a lot of ups and downs, and sometimes those valleys and peaks can be extreme, but we will come out of it and look for other healthy solutions. Can you call a crisis line and talk to someone?

What's keeping you from making the call? Going to the emergency dept.?

If I call, I know they'll track me and put out a welfare check. I can't allow that. I can't be taken or go to the ER because life doesn't stop because I'm having a hard time. If I'm going to keep living, then I need to take care of life. If I'm not going to keep living, then what's the point of getting help if I don't want it?

It's messed up and I know that, but I can't stop thinking this way.

Valid points, if you feel so bad what would it matter to get a little help? How's handling it yourself worked out for you? Not trying to be mean but seriously what makes you think things are going to turn around if you don't have the professional guidance and medication to help you around that corner? The good thing about that is once you get around that corner you can fully take the wheel and move forward. Doesn't that sound like something to aim for?
