I'm here. Got my butt handed to me for a minute here at work but now things are settling down.

Just exhausted as usual. The lack of good sleep wears a person down. How are you doing?

I understand. Kind of tired myself. Couldn't sleep because I had two blood draws today and that stressed me out. I'm a hard stick. Total I was stuck 5 times. Glad that's over with. Plus I'm going through a lot of self discovery and it's exhausting.

Self discovery is good but I agree with you it's exhausting.

Sorry they had to stick you so many times. I used to be a hard draw but now I have a vein in my hand that they can always get. Hurts more but worth it to only be stuck once.

I suggested the hand to the girl who had already stuck me three times, but she wasn't comfortable with that. Just hate that digging to find a vein.
Think I'm going to try to get some sleep. Have a good night.

I'm here. Just exhausted from work and still recovering from being sick. Work was really rough yesterday. That and still depressed.

Sorry work was such a bummer. You really need to find something else. I know it would be hard but look how this job is dragging you down so much, mentally and physically. Just start looking and see what's out there. I hate to see you carrying more burdens, you have enough to deal with.

Unfortunately that's not an option. I've worked my way up to the point where although I will never be a big-wig, my pay isn't bad and I'd never be able to make as much starting out somewhere else. I can't take a cut in pay right now or risk losing benefits, especially health care.

I'm here. Never had the time to log in yesterday at all. Was at ER with my daughter for 6 hours the night before last. She's ok. She had what we thought might be a severe side effect of one of her meds earlier in the day, but as she told me more about the incident it sounded more like a mini stroke or a minor siezure. She checked out fine and her pdoc doesn't think its related to the meds. So it's kind of a mystery. She was a little dehydrated and hasn't been sleeping well so that may have had something to do with it. Anyway, we are going to follow up with her MD soon. For now she's doing ok and trying to drink more water stuff. She's still not sleeping well.

Sorry about that but glad she's okay. Has she had a sleep study?

But I do think I have just lost my big brother. I will never trust him again. Shalom.

I am soooo sorry for this. Do you know what brought this on? Is this out of character for him? Yes, you do have to forgive him for your on sanity, though you don't have to continue to let him unleash his self fury on you. I'm really sorry and just the fact that you mentioned forgiving him shows how you have evolved spiritually to a level where he can not hurt you. You are truly amazing.

Well, he is with our mom in Arizona, and she's dieing for sure. Hell, he is not much better. But the attacks were not just yelling about differences of opinion, they were subrosa slashing cuts, delibrately designed to cut open deep psycological wounds. When I think back on it, it was quite a sophisticated assult.
I didn' t know he was smart enough. The implication is that he has been playing possum with me for quite awhile. Dog. I've got the phone unhooked. I do not want to talk to that viper. My brother! .....Shalom.

Still in those inconsistent waves of recovery. Though the valley's seem deeper and wider. The peaks less frequent, and less altitude. Not sure what's going on but hopefully it will get better soon. Seems when things get harder I get quieter and depend more on the forum as my support system.

I understand. I will hopefully be pretty present on here this evening, so I'll be here to hear you out.

Not recently. She's been trying to change her sleep pattern recently and that has led her to just a really bad sleep pattern. She seems to be sleeping good tonight though, and she drank a lot of water and powerade today. I really think it has to do with the sleep, the dehydration and the fact that two of her meds make her sensitive to heat, and she's already naturally sensitive to heat. We'll see what her MD says. I need to make an appointment for her soon for a physical and she needs to get her paperwork done for school too.

I'm sorry you are struggling. Things have been pretty wild for me over the last couple weeks and I'm kind of just "winging life" right now. My niece gets married today, a very casual ceremony at my brother's house just down the road from me. I'm doing punch for the reception so had to shop for that yesterday, and have to get ice this morning. I haven't seen most of my family since November/December time frame, so it should be fun.

Trace, hold the center, bro. We are counting on you. You are the rock. If you go down it doesn't look good for the rest of us. I'm not quite so worried about the peaks being so high, the high ones can be manía. When you see a valley coming, go help some kids, or somebody else. Go grab some dogs and go for a run or go to a park. They are such loyal beings. Sometimes you need to go for a weekend, a week, a month, or like me move to the country. We can learn so much from nature. Keep it basic. Slow down. Have fun. Keep it basic. Slow down. Have fun. Don't forget to keep forgiving yourself, Trace. Shalom.

I hope all that paperwork comes out good. Is she excited about school?
