Does anyone feel like they are constantly in need of mental stimulation? I think this is why I can't turn my thoughts off and sleep. Why I'm always on the computer so much is so many different areas, I'm always questioning things. It's like I never got out of those terrible two years of asking why? A friend told me she would have never survived being my mom because of all the why questions that I still have as an adult?

I find that mental stimulation tends to override my anxiety. I try to keep going on projects so I direct my attention. Otherwise I just get antsy and lie down.

Yes. Definite need for my brain to occupy itself. Turns into obsessive thoughts, which I have to work hard, not to get dragged into. It can be very tiring and sometimes I just want my brain to stop,
