Currently I'm prescribed:

Bupropion XR 150mg (for depression)

Lithium 300mg (mood stabilizer)

Lorazepam PRN .5mg (anxiety)

Trazodone 50mg/100mg (for sleep)

And may go back on Zyprexa PRN for days when my hallucinations and agitation become too much. It's too early to tell whether or not these medications will actually work for me.

What medications are you on and do they actually help?

I think it's too early to tell. Give it some time.
As far as others medications, be careful with that. People are being treated for different things at different levels. A drug regime is tailored to each patient. So someone else may take something else and it work for them but not for you. Be careful

After much persuasion from my T and resistance from me, I saw my doctor and was initially prescribed atIvan and beta blockers and zopiclone. Then I was prescribed prozac which made everything scarily worse, then celexa. I took that on and of for 2 years, then stopped about 6 months ago. I didn't feel it was helping anymore and felt very numb and cut off from everything.

Now I just take beta blockers when things are really difficult.

I'm okish without regular meds, but would consider going back on something, if I started to have darker thoughts.
