It’s not stupid to trust.. it’s stupid to forgive someone again and again after they have violated that trust. Thanks to all the betrayals and abusers in my life, my radar is now finely attuned to abuse, manipulation and ********. I can often predict it before it occurs....

It sucks being an “old bear” ... I’m not a gullible little bear just waiting to be used and abused like I used to be

I never did trust completely though.. so thankful I didn’t. Those who didn’t deserve my trust... I knew deep down all along..

It really does suck, being abused for caring

(Not about anyone here)

I agree fuzzy. Trust has to come with boundaries and once betrayed those boundaries get tighter.
