I also downloaded it, started reading it, but got sidetracked (no reflection on the book, it's just me). I hope to get back to it soon. I'll post my feelings about it when I do.

I didn't buy/download it yet.I will wait to read your opinion of it first.Although it's not alot of money I just wanna make sure it's worth it.

I was just on his website today and read his post about complex PTSD. I found it very interesting and informative. Thanks for the heads up on his book. I will look for it.

I have this book. I've struggled to get into it and it'seems gathering dust on my shelf. Not sure if that is a reflection on the book or my poor concentration. Found Thriving to Surviving much easier to read.
