I had issues at work lately with colleagues leaking information that caused me substantial damage. I don't know who, I can't prove it, yet I know for sure it happened.

So when I walk into office I am now struggling with feelings of shame and guilt. Any ideas what I could do to at least be able to look people in the eye? It's one of my long running recurring traumas to have everyone around me against me.

I've always approached that sort of situation with a, "I don't give a ****" attitude. Sure, it doesn't resolve it but it keeps it from being overwhelming. Other than that, I don't know. Just know that this is a good place to vent. I'm here.
