I had issues at work lately with colleagues leaking information that caused me substantial damage. I don't know who, I can't prove it, yet I know for sure it happened.
So when I walk into office I am now struggling with feelings of shame and guilt. Any ideas what I could do to at least be able to look people in the eye? It's one of my long running recurring traumas to have everyone around me against me. |

I've always approached that sort of situation with a, "I don't give a ****" attitude. Sure, it doesn't resolve it but it keeps it from being overwhelming. Other than that, I don't know. Just know that this is a good place to vent. I'm here.
