I drop in and out of other boxes..
Not sure where I'm at any more, or if I really exist, or any of this... if anything matters

Just want to hide...
Some how I'm not myself
Smile and laugh, feel normal. And let the ride go, just watch the events unfold
As if I'm not part of them. At all, observer..

I think I'm dieing..
I don't know what to say or do anymore, just letting the universe or whatever take over...

Sounds like you are feeling very detached and disconnected.

Try some grounding techniques when you're feeling like that and it might help.

Realising that I'm not me, if that makes sense

I be someone just to get things done, but it's the opposite of normal..
