i was ready for the hard day i faced, this morning... and i got thru the easy parts, and the hard part cancelled on me,, so i took a nap... i feel much better now.

Today as I have everyday recently woke with a feeling of trauma and anxiety.
I am grateful, in this heat to have my fan blowing cooler air onto me and a nice clean glass of water to drink. I was able to practice mindfulness with each of these before getting up. little-things-in-life-quote-appreciate-little-things-in-life-quotes-appreciate-the-little.jpg |

Thirty Shades, I love this.

I send My Thoughts, Hope, Many HUGS and Prayers to everyone on this site!!!!!!! I am very thankful for this site, bc it is my main support. Especially now that I only have a T 3 or 4 times a year, and no support at home. If it wasn't for the support I get from all of you, I may have had another break down, and I haven't bc of all of you!!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!

I read some old documents on my computer! I am not that person anymore. I have come so far. I deleted the old documents!! Gone!!! Life is soooo good now. All the work was worth it.
