Has anyone tried schema therapy? Has anyone found it helpful? I can't seem to tolerate it at all. Several months of pure panic and nearly quitting every other week, and now I'm basically just dealing with present stuff because it's all I can manage.

yes I have done it. This therapy approach is just using many different therapy approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Art therapy, play therapy, and many others) in a very structured way. most treatment providers including my own here do this.

if you would like to work one specific type of therapy instead of a many kinds of therapies at the same time, based on your moods, problems talk with your therapist, let them know which therapy approach works for you.
