Hello,
I have ptsd from a previous girlfriend being sexually assaulted. This brings on nightmares. My awareness to my triggers are becoming known. This is important as I am sensitive and building immunity. The nightmares I have is her being sexually assaulted by men. If anyone has any advice ill take it kindly. Last edited by bluekoi; Apr 07, 2020 at 11:48 PM. Reason: Add trigger icon. |

Dear Devon,
It is heartbreaking that you are having these terrible nightmares. I wish I had ideas that would help but sadly I can't think of anything. Hopefully others here with more insight and experience in these things will have helpful wisdom to share with you. I sure hope you find something that helps you! Sincerely yours, -- Yao Wen |
