Okay so I live with 2 other patients and they are both really loud and my question is when they start commenting on me what should I do? Should I tell them I dont feel up to chatting today?should I just be loud aswell and hope they respond to me or should I just go with the flow and not say anything only if its necessary

Its polite to respond to ppl instead of just flat out ignoring them when they speak to you. But if you don't feel like talking and feel more quiet, that's ok to say that to them too. Is it possible for you to leave the room when you are feeling like they are being too loud for you?
I'm sorry someone mistook your cup for theirs. I'm sorry they hurt your feelings and it made you feel suicidal ![]() |

i'd say it is best to avoid engaging in fights like this in my opinion. Definitely avoid escalating these things and decline if you're not in the mood at the moment. Is it Possible to go away from these People if they bother you constantly? Sending many Safe, Warm hugs to
