This is about the point I reach wondering if my reaction is "normal" or am I over reacting again.
Things have changed in my family dynamic....not my fault....not my doing but different. I know I don't handle change very well but the sadness that washes over me is overwhelming. I try exercise, hobbies, any distraction I can think of...but I can't even talk to anyone without tearing up. Sorry....can't even write this post
