i thought i had lost hope some years ago and found i had lost me instead. gratefully i found me and learned how to heal my wounded spirit.
do any of you feel you have lost hope?
are you discovering ways to heal? if so, what has worked for you?

One of the first things I learned good about myself is that I'm not stubborn, I'm tenacious I keep trying to make things work, all sorts of things, not just mental, thinking, feeling sorts of things. A lot of my success has come from my not giving up. . . and knowing that I don't give up!

I have a long quote I like and the gist is, "The happy ending can't come in the middle of the story". So, whenever I'm worried, I ask myself, "Are you happy right now?" and the answer usually comes back, "No" so, I know I get to keep working on whatever it is until I'm successful. You can't lose before the finish line!
