I am just so tired this week.
And being in a new relationship with a therapist is exhausting.
And being in a commited relationship of three years is exhausting.
In some ways was much easier when I was alone.
I lived by myself. I didn't have to answer to anyone.
I didn't have to look too closely at my past or my problems.
Sure, I was lonely from time to time but I was safe.
Ahh, safety.
Tonight I find myself missing it.

Right now things may seem hard, but just know that your investment today is a long-term investment.
You will learn to understand your feelings (Through your T) and as the relationship with your partner develops, you have security, love, friendship... to look forward to

Stay strong through these times, it's worth it!
