Has anyone on here tried EA (Emotions Anonymous)? I was going a few years back and it really helped me!

Hi, tinaT, welcome to PsychCentral (PC). I just looked at their site: http://emotionsanonymous.org/ that looks really interesting. How come you quit going? Are you thinking of joining a local group again? I liked the idea of their online discussion group and their newest book, It Works If You Work It.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
