Two days ago I was feeling so much better. Today I am grumpy, sad, hurt, angry, or sort of numb at times. I'm just tired of it. I know these feelings are related to triggers in my life. Especially around my relationship...

The world can be a tough place when we feel so low, all our energy spent on conservation, that's about all we can muster sometimes. Is there any way of avoiding these triggers? Do you have any tools for coping in these type of situations?
