I don't know what to do. I'm having a breakdown. I'm so hungry but I'm so fat.

i dont know all the facts wiht you - so if i am way off please forgive me.

Im wondering if you are wihtin the right weight range for your height?

if you are eating properly? if you are hungry .....

sometimes crahs dieting or restricting foods makes us hungrier and causes dietary deficiencies that are bad for us...

is there someone you can cal to talk about this?

are you ok??

((foodlovesme)) - I'm sorry you're so troubled. Have you talked to your doctor about your weight. Have a complete physical done with blood tests to rule out any physical problems which could be contributing to extra weight. Some phych meds also cause extra weight.

If your doctor thinks you do need to lose some pounds -join a reputable program. You can learn how to eat healthy and you can actually eat more when you eat this way. Are you able to exercise? With help you can learn to manage this and have a healthy relationship with food.

foodlovesme....the more I think about loosing weight the more compulsive I am about eating

Food can be comfort. We need to find what is really bothering us if there is no physical cause. (finding that out first is a good place to start as Lynn said)

I wish you the best. Try to relax....stressing can make things worse.
