I often say when it rains, it pours...as a way to mentally minimize the amount of pressure when things keep adding up. I think I'm running out of umbrellas here...and lord knows every bucket here is already filled with tears.
When everything is overwhelming and you just need a break, what do you do? |

sending you lots of
![]() I was just thinking the other day - I wish we were really able to hide under a rock. But we're all here for you ok? I know we are just words on a screen but behind those words is a person who cares, and who understands all too well what you are going through. Look after yourself ok?

Im sorry to hear you're having troubles with this. Being overwhelmed is incredibly painful and scary.
I have also recently been having some issues that have pushed me over the edge and are overwhelming me. When this happens, I try to step back and look at things from the outside, not so much the in. I'll find distractions and ways to subconsciously let it out. For me this is writing. It is the /only/ thing I do these days that helps. Sometimes, meditation goes a long way too if I'm just worked up. |

I am with all of you can only say I know how you feel and wish I could go to sleep like rip van winkle and wake up and have all the overwhelming emotions, bills, and heartache be gone to a fresh new warm sunny happy day ..I can't look outside in when I have been able to do nothing but ,can't seem to even physically move lately like being paralyzed in the house for weeks at a time ....
