I need to resort back to hiding my feelings, thoughts, emotions, so others don't worry and can cope better. So I don't feel guilt over them feeling bad and doing things. I need to hide, put on that fake smile and say I'm ok, everything is alright in my world. Yep , I am all better now. Let's move on! Yee haw!!

Who are you trying to protect? Why are they more important than YOU?

I don't understand why you need to "hide" your feelings. Is this at home? At work? Where are you that you need to hide all this? Don't worry about other peoples coping skills. It's YOU that you must care about.

Do you have a therapist? Can you talk to him? If you don't have a therapist, can you get one?

You can't put peoples' needs before your own. You'll never heal that way. You can't hide your feelings forever ~ they eventually manifest themselves in some way, and sometimes it's not very nice.
You need to talk to someone. Please call a therapist. God bless. Hugs, Lee
