... how does one cope when there are things going on in their lifes and yet they need to go on?

I have several people in my life I worry about... muchly. And while i am trying to do the best i can... I cannot do much.

and there is school, two project for the summer, my family... and my future I so should be working at, but at the moment I feel...

How does one manage all, without one things starting to have bad effect on other?

((Venus)) -coincidentally I'm feeling overwhelmed ATM myself -problem with a neighbor again. There's been 2 times in my life, when I've felt totally overwhelmed - there's the option of meds and therapy of course. I would wake up and felt like I was carry a cement block on my back and a ball and chain on my ankle. I went into what I call 'robot mode' - it's probably not the healthiest but it got me out of bed lol. I just did what I had to do, since I had kids depending on me.

I like to categorize the problems in two columns - one is for problems you can do something about/find a solution for. Two is for problems where there's no solution - you resolve to accepting it for how it is or just letting it go. Next is good self care - eating healthy, exercising well and relaxing ...hopefully finding something that brings you peace. You may also need to stop putting so much pressure on yourself - you don't have to be superwoman if this applies to you. I hope you feel better soon.
