People will not stop calling my phones. They won't stop with the noise. I am ready to blow a casket. Everytime I turn around my phone rings. All because my father is in the hospital. STOP CALLING ME. I obviously need some destress time! And my dog just tried to attack me while I was cleaning her ears and I went ape on her, because I'm so stressed! I can't take this. I am on fire. I just want to throw things! I want to freak out. OMG. I can't take it. I am so angry. The next time that phone rings I am going to throw it across the room. I am tired of supporting people for MY FATHER. Where the **** is my support!? ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

That was just a short blast of anger...didn't last very long....since you posted a guilty, remorseful update 15 minutes later.
Gentle hugs to you LydiaB. Are you talking with a T about these feelings that you're holding inside? My personal experience has to warn you about repressing the anger. One way or another, the feelings will make their way out. Hurting either you and/or others in the process. Being honest with yourself, and working through the experience/s is something that will bubble until it is addressed. ![]() "I am tired of supporting people for MY FATHER.
