I had been to my grand mom's place. It is a lovely place with small hills and trees and forests all around. Now im back to my city and i feel the rush here is again getting on my nerves. . . .
I traveled via metro to the office and the rush and everything has got me scared and panicked. . . .

((nice girl))

Perhaps you can carry along a reminder of that relaxing trip to your grandmothers?

You could hold onto: a petrified leaf, stone or rock, picture or postcard of the area. Focus on that reminder. That is positive. You are not weak ~ You just made it through your trip without any problems. Keep those positive memories in your mind, whenever you start becoming scared and overwhelmed by the fear.

You can do it honey. Very best wishes and gentle hugs to you.
