Okay so i may have the bpd diagnosis, but my emotions have been going haywire, from one extreme to the next, so much quiker and more frequently then they have in a long time and im having a hard time dealin with this and knowing how to cope

Hey their, I can understand how you feel not being able to cope with your emotions this must be awfully difficult for you Are you getting counselling at the moment? Always hear for you

thanks yeh, im going through big changes with my supports, ending with a counsellor i been with for over 4 yrs, just started with a new psychologist, am about to have app number 3... and recently got a new case manager as well, so im finding it hard to open up to anyone at the moment, i try to but never seem to eb able to find the right words....

usually, therapists are in it because they really care about people....take advantage of their expertise keep us posted, will you?
